So you just want to edit that text manually?

Just select the dimension object and then move it slightly with the arrow key and back.

It worked all I had to do was to ungroup the layer in order to modify the text cause every time when I draw a dimension it didn't let me to modify the text because all elements were grouped, but now I know. Thank you very much for help!

So weird that you can't retype your own numbers. The only solution I found out is to Select the "Dimensions" > Go to Object > Expand Appearance

For most people it's pretty important that the dimension stays "live". Because only then it can adapt when you change the object.
