Hello a few days ago in Illustrator 2017 to start a new project with neon colors but when I export the image this was the result
when I try to reach a more saturated color illustrator does not let me
when I change the color model to RGB everything goes well
The problem is that I want to print these colors for a poster
Can somebody help me
Check with the company that will print your poster and ask them to provide a ICC profile for their printer/printing process.
You can use that output profile to preview your print in View > Proof Setup and View > Proof Colors.

If you want to print these colors you will have to use spot colors.
But with this artwork you will get into trouble converting it to spot. That demands some experience.

thanks for the answer, you know why illustrator in CMYK mode can not reach this tone #00DBFF

It can't be reproduced with proces colors.
Maybe it can be reproduced with spot colors such as Pantone.
Please learn about print production.
You can search for the
on your favourite search engine (sorry, I don't have a link for it)

There is a slim chance the poster print vendor may be able to print your RGB file. I see in your post image, you are using a lot of transparency. Pantone Spot color may not be an option ( for transparent effects ). If the print vendor uses a large format inkjet printer, then they may be able to print using something like ProPHOTO RGB profile and Perceptual Rendering Intent.

It also depends how the poster is printed.
If it is printed in CMYK colors on a printing press, you have a problem reproducing them.
If it is printed on a color printer with more than 4 colors, you may come closer.

What do you recommend to me to achieve a range of saturated CMYK colors that look more like neon colors?
For example

You can’t make colours anything like that. Maybe a CMYK swatch guide would be useful.

There is no way to achieve that with CMYK inks.
How do you expect your poster to print? Did you contact a printer?
