Color different on canvas compared to swatch and export

Hey community! My colours aren't showing up properly on my Mac. I have the colors and document set to RGB color mode and, as you can see, the colors appear different when I use them on my canva vs what the swatch shows. When I export the document, the color is correct (what's shown in the swatch), but it's really hard to design in Illustrator when the shapes on the canvas aren't showing the right color.

I even re-booted Illustrator resetting all of my preferences and it's still having this issue.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS & Illustrator? Do you see this behavior while working on a specific file? Have you tried toggling CPU/GPU Preview?

I'm running MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 and Illustrator 25.2.3.

The CPU/GPU tip fixed it, thanks! It's strange that that didn't reset when I reset Illustrator settings.
