Hi Guys,
I am new to illustrator.

Is there any crash course?

I have two objects below, how can select all the elements on one, then reposition it?

If the elements on the one you want to repositioned are grouped, you can select them all at once by clicking on them with the black selection tool.

If the objects are not grouped, you can select them by dragging over them, all around them withthe black Selection tool.

As far as crash course, there are probably several on the web. This is one you could try:

Welcome to Illustrator! Along with what Barbara mentioned, you can also use the Layers panel to quickly select everything related to one object — just toggle visibility or lock layers to isolate what you need. Once selected, switch to the Selection Tool (V) and drag to reposition, or hold Shift while moving to keep alignment.

For a solid quick start, Adobe’s own “Get Started with Illustrator” tutorials are great — short, structured, and beginner-friendly:
