Whenever I zoom in on Illustrator, the display starts doing crazy things, as seen in this attached video.

I've tried restarting my computer and the program, but there's no change. Illustrator's up to date. I have the latest upgrade on my system software too. Running a Macbook Pro, 2019.

Any suggestions on how to get this to stop?

Try turning off GPU acceleration in Preferences/Performance. Does the issue go away?

Ah, I had to turn it ON.
That fixed it, thanks!

Turning it off, only temporarily solves the issue. The fact that turning it off resolved it tells you there is a graphics card issue.
