Double Click Doesn't Work

The double click function stopped working, I can't isolate a group or edit text, the mouse is working, and it works on other adobe apps, I even tried with the trackpad but still doesn't work, sometimes, for instance, if I repeatedly click on the text, after many clicks, I can change it or "enter" in isolated groups. Both Creative Cloud and Illustrator are updated
