drawing menu Illustrator

hello , i just installed illustrator, and options from some menus are disable, like option Elpitical from drawing menu, i can not select , i already installed , uninstalled , and use clean tool and the same 

does any body have had same situation? hope somebody can help me. thanks

Hi first you need to make a new document then you have to change your workspace to essential classics from window menu i hope then it will be ok for you..regards

I am not sure I understand your question. There is no Drawing menu in Illustrator, can you make a screendump?

Some tools are hidden in the primary mode just after installation.
Try to do the following.
Click on the "Three points" button at the bottom of the Toolbar. Then call the panel menu (the hamburger at the top-right corner) and select an "Advanced" option. You'll see all tools.
