Easily redraw as vector

Can anyone suggest a quick way to redraw or replicate this low res barcode as a vector in Illustrator or any software? Currently we redraw it bar by bar but there must be a quicker, less labour intenisve means of recreating it?

This looks like an Intelligent mail barcode. If so, USPS has an online generator you could use to recreate these.
