I use illustrator to edit some PDF I original produce with CAD programs, like Archicad, Revit Autocad, Rhino...
Sometimes this programs produce PDF with overlapped lines. Is there a way I can control this issue with filters containing tolerances to decide with lines I can erase.
Additionally, you could go to Adobe Illustrator Feedback to request a feature for editing PDFs created with CAD programs to handle the overlapping lines with maybe something like an Overlapping lines option when you go to Select > Object.

Hi Xose,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. There are no such filters in Illustrator, you will have to remove the lines manually. We can definitely take a look and help you with the same. As Monika mentioned, please share some more details and we will try our best to solve it.
Regards,
Srishti

Tried dragging across the overlapping lines with the join tool.
