ERROR DE COMPLEMENTOS

Hola a todos tengo un problema con el inicio de Adobe Illustrator (cualquier version). Al iniciar el programa me aparece un "ERROR DE COMPLEMENTO" y no puedo usar el programa.

Intente mil formas de solucionarlo y nada. El problema me sale en la maquina de escritorio o PC. En mi notebook el programa funciona perfectamente.

 

AYUDA POR FAVOR!!!!!!

Thanks for your patience. This issue commonly occurs on Windows N editions due to missing media features required by Illustrator. Reinstalling a standard version like Windows Home or Windows Pro should resolve the problem.

 

If reinstalling Windows isn’t feasible right away, you can also try installing the Media Feature Pack for your Windows N edition, which might help.

Maybe not properly installed.

You could uninstall, run the Adobe Cleaner tool and then reinstall.
