Error " error were detected but could not be corrected automatically" while opening Illustrator file

Hi,

I got a situation here please help me...

Once I try to open a specific Vector Logo .ai file the appear the bellow error message...!!!

 

" error were detected but could not be corrected automatically. please send the file to adobe for further analysis "

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing with Illustrator while opening a specific document. I would request if you can share a few more details like:

 

1. Version of Illustrator and Operating System. 
2. In which version of Illustrator the file was created?
3. Where is the file saved (Network Drive/ System Hard Drive/ Shared Folder on System /External Hard Drive)?

Did you check out the post above yours?

 

If the file is on a networked server, please do first download, then open.

If the file has been sent by mail, please have them first ZIP it and then send again.

Reboot the system and try again.

I don't think this has anything to do with automatic recovery, unless Illustrator crashed when you had that file open and were working on it.

Looks like a damaged file. Did you try the suggestions above?

Did you share the file with Adobe, as asked in the error message?
