Export and Save for Web (Legacy) Not Working on Adobe Illustrator v 27.3.1

I am trying to export PNGs of my products, but something seems to be wrong.

When I go to File > Export >"Save for Web (Legacy)," the option appears to be greyed out and I cannot click on it or make it do anything. Hotkey on my windows doesn't work either.

When I go to File> Export> "Export As," it opens up the dialog box like normal, but when I try to save it as a PNG it gives me this error:

I tried updating it to v 27.3.1, but it is still giving me this error on some files. Is this a corruption issue? Please let me know!!

What size are your exports and what resolution do you use?

Did you try Export for Screens?

I have the same problem with the save for web. It is not working.  I did reset all the preferences and there it didn't work.

I do have 6 canvas of 640 for 3000px and some others of 400x400 px. The small ones are the ones I'm trying to export, but it doesn't work. Any solutions ?

I'm at illustrator and i'm trying to export one of my artboards with the "save for web" option but it doesn't work it is grey. And i don't understand why

What kind of objects are they? Is the layer unlocked? Is the layer set to print?

In the artboard there is an image, a vector rectangle and typo. Is in all the artboards, of this document, is a new document I created it this week. 

No layer is locked and is a normal layer. I didn't set anything to print because It's for a digital project.

Is this document a Large Canvas document?

If so, Save for web will not work.
