Export svg without clippath

New Here ,

Hi!

I'm trying to export simple graphics (a number on a coloured bg) as svg. Unfortunately the techies respond that their systems cannot import my svgs due to containing clip paths.

Where in the export process can I control this? Is it the "export artboard" checkbox?

There are no elements outside my artboard.

Thanks in advance,

Daniel

Can you send a screenshot of your layers panel..? You shouldn't have any clipping paths if it's just the background colour and the number, is the number outlined as well?

Should be something like this...

Can you show us the design? Is hard to help without seeing the artwork.

See the attached file. As said, it is rather simple.
