Hi guys! I had installed AI last year, it had operated normally before, but now I have a problem with exporting files. When I export in Adobe illustrator, it will look like this:

I has also used Photoshop CS6 and it exports normally. This error seems to only happen on AI. I tried deleting and downloading again but it didn't work. How I can fix this error? Thank you!

Can you please tell us your version and system and also what kind of content you are exporting how to which location (network, Cloud, harddisk)?

I used to use version 2019, I thought that the cause of the error was the version so I tried downloading version 2022 but it didn't work.

My configuration specs is Window 11 Pro , SSD: 512Gb ... Ram: 8Gb, intel core i5

My kind of content is .png or .jpg

I often save them on harddisk and it still has a lot of empty space.

Exactly where on the harddisk do you save them? Does Illustrator have write privileges for the location ? Is it a synchronized folder such as Google Drive?

Also: 8 GB of RAM is just the bare minimum to launch Illustrator at all. Certain operations might get it in trouble, e.g. rasterizing at high resolution.

Hello @Quân27897833cqwi,

Thanks for reaching out. I hope the suggestions shared by Monika helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator installed on your computer, whether Illustrator also behaves this way with other files / different locations, and a screen recording of the workflow and output so we can investigate this further.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav
