Hello Community,
When I open a file in illustrator, the program will open to a blank pasteboard (see screenshot). When I try opening a second file it pops an error "Not enough memory to open illustration" (see screenshot). I signed out and signed back in. Still did the same thing. I unistalled and reinstalled illustrator. Still did not work. I even signed out of all my adobe apps and unistalled everything, including Creative Cloud and deleted the adobe files found in Program Files, Program Files x86 & Documents and then reinstalled and it still does not work. If I keep playing with it, opening and closing program and files, I can sometimes get it to work. I am using Illustrator version 28.0 on a Windows 11 pc.

Thank you for providing the additional details. It's helpful in understanding your system configuration.
Since you've already tried the basic troubleshooting steps, such as reinstalling Illustrator and rebooting the system, let's try a few more steps:
Ensure that the files you are trying to open are stored on your local disk. Network drives or external drives might sometimes cause issues.
If possible, try opening a different Illustrator file or creating a new one to check if the issue is file-specific. Sometimes, individual files can get corrupted.
If the problem persists, could you please share a sample Illustrator file that is causing this issue? This will help in further investigation.
Please perform these steps and let me know if there are any changes or if you encounter any specific error messages during these steps.
Best regards,
Anshul
