Finding CS5 Serial Number on my mac

Hello,

Please can someone help. I need to get my CS5 Serial Number from my mac. It was a digital download and I can't remember where the code is. How do I find it on my mac.

Did you register the version?

Try and log into your Creative Cloud account and check your account settings. It should list the versions you registered.

thanks, I bought and registered in 2011. I don't think I have the email address of my adobe account which is why I'm a bit stuck.

I still have the copy on my computer. Does this help?

So your Forum account is not the same address you registered the CS5 with?

If your serial number can be found at all, it might be hidden deep in the system.

Do you still have that e-mail adress? Would be easier.

I am not sure which email it was, this is the problem. If it was the one I was thinking it expired when I gave up my website. Thought I'd found the serial number in the system however when I try to add it, it says it's not valid for the product.

I've used the disk that I purchased so it should be ok
