Font won't load.

I have put this up elsewhere too as I am in a panic. Job we did a couple of years ago use Acherus Grotesque font. For some reason it is no longer on my drive. It is not in Adobe fonts.

I went and spent the $50 to get the licensed font, but I can't get it to load. I double click-install, but it doesn't show up. I went to Adobe Cloud and uploaded to the fonts, rebooted everything, still nothing. I need this font to work. What am I doing wrong? It still shows as a missing font, I've activated I've done everything I know to do. HELP!

Sometimes it helps if you create a folder named Fonts inside the Illustrator application folder and put the font in there.

If it is a PostScript Type 1 font, you need to install the latest version that supports them: Illustrator 2023 version 27.0

Are you on mac or windows. What technology is the font. If it is type 1 that is an old technology, go back to where you purchased, and download the upgrade..

OpenType, Variable Type  and TrueType should work. If they do not you may need to flash your font cache.

To help you we need more information such as what are you using to load your fonts. Screenshots are always helpful.
