French/Turkish fold design templates

I'm currently designing business cards that open up into a French/Turkish folded paper template and I'm finding it hard to find a digital template anywhere online.

Does anybody currently use this with Illustrator or have any pointers on where I can get a template?

I didn't find any ready-made templates, but it looks like you could use these instructions to make one and then resize it for a business card size. Turkish Map Fold with a Rectangular Sheet – Green Chair Press Blog
