Frustrate with Film and Video preset

On Film and Video preset. How to remove the green guide line, and how to make the background color not transparent? I cant find it easy enough. This is so frustrating

View > Rulers > Hide Video rulers

View > Hide transparency grid

I don't use that preset, but the transparency grid goes away with View > Hide Transparency Grid. The green guides? I can't get rid of 'em either, except by switching to Presentation Mode.

The green lines show Video Safe Areas. Show the Artboard options to uncheck them.

You can also delete Artboard 2 to get rid of that huge artboard in the background.
