Graphics Card Drastically Changed only AI Colors

Question

I installed a Nvidia 1650 and it really messed up the colors in Illustrator. Photoshop they are a bit dark but nothing like AI.

I have AI and PS on Monitor Color Profile. It even made the ruler look black in AI. Not sure what is happening here. My Co-Worker has the exact same PC and GPU with none of these issues. We have combed the settings and must be missing something here.

The colors of the PC were not affected, I only see this in AI and slightly in PS. Thanks in advance for any pointers.

My Proof color profile was not the same as my global color profile. Flipped that under

View > Proof Setup > Monitor RGB and bam back to normal.
