Grouping objects with different opacities

I created a drawing in Adobe Draw and have now imported it into Illustrator. In Draw I had 2 of the 10 layers set at 60% opacity (all others at 100) and would like to keep this opacity for all the objects on these layers but I'd like to group objects (individual flowers) which include layers with varying opacities so that I can arrange them in a different formation (a wreath of flowers). Can anyone advise me how to do this?Screen Shot 2018-02-05 at 1.15.36 PM.png

That would work but unfortunately in this situation would be time prohibitive. I've figured out another work-around tho. I selected one piece of the 60% opacity layer and 'selected same fill and stroke' then made a new swatch which was a 60% tint of the colour I wanted and then filled all the selected areas with that.

you can make a group of multi opacities just if you make the opacity with selecting object in the workspace.
So if you selected the layer from this circle in the right of the layer then changed the opacity, when you make a group your opacity will be changed.

So if you want to remain your opacity of layers just select your artwork manually with selection tool and change it's opacity then you can make groups and everything will be ok.
