Hi @erica_2005,
Does anything show up when you click on "Print" or "Web," for example?
You could try to uninstall and reinstall Illustrator.

Hello @erica_2005,
Would you mind sharing the exact Illustrator version (29.2.1 or the latest 29.3) and your macOS details?
Adding to what our expert has suggested, try renaming the UXP folder first. Try these steps:
1. Close Adobe Illustrator.
2. Open Finder and go to /Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP.
3. Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old.
4. Restart Illustrator.
If the issue persists, reset Illustrator preferences (make sure to back them up). Reference: Troubleshoot preferences file issues
Let me know how it goes!
