How can turn off auto apply attributes to text from paragraph style?

How can turn off auto apply attributes to text from paragraph style?

Ex:

Case 1. Text setting color is Red, Paragraph style setting color is Red : if i change color of Paragraph style to Yellow -> Color Text will change to Yellow.

Case 2. Text setting color is Blue,  Paragraph style setting color is Red : if i change color of Paragraph style to Yellow -> Color Text  still is Blue.

Have setting of Illustrator to  case 1 the same with case 2?

But In my Ex, Color only is a sample attribute.

Attributes of Text & para style can : font name, font size, ....

What is set up in the Character styles?

In Illustrator they work somewhat differently than in InDesign

Character styles is default value, using Normal Character Style
