How copy / paste text in Word

Hello,

When I select a text in illustrator, that I copy / paste in Word, it is no text but an image!

How To Copy / Paste Text Outside Illustrator and keep the text ?

I've the last version of illustrator on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4

Until a better answer appears, I believe you can paste into Wordpad or similar, then copy from there; if applicable at all (loss of properties).

In Word don't just paste, but Edit > Paste contents
