Sometime over the years, I recall receiving a file whereby any object that was placed onto a certain layer had certain properties applied to it. At the time, it was maddening, because I didn't have a need for that function.

I now need that particular function and I cannot figure out how ti implement that behavior. Can someone tell mw how to do this?

Hi Monika, that is definetely the direction I am looking to go.  I wasn't aware of targeting the layers like that, as opposed to the contents of the layer.

I need very predictable behavior. The template I'm making is for UV printing. I have four layers that need specific graphic styles. When I move objects from one the White layer to the Gloss Clear layer, I need them to change their graphic style from accordingly. Is this possible? I have atatched the template I am working with.
