I would like to draw a line which might help to illustrate the three dahes between two longer dashes. Unfortunatley, I am new to Dashed Line function of the stroke. May I ask how to achive it?

Please find the attached photo for the better understanding. dasehd line.png

The dahses features can only give you 2 short dashes between longer ones.

What you could do is overlay two strokes on the path

You need to make 2 strokes in the apperance panel ("Aussehen" in my screenshots).
