How to Fix this unknown error metadata information?

Whenever I save my file in Adobe Illustrator, a dialog box with metadata information (such as file path, fonts, colors, and user details) automatically appears on my artboard as text. How can I stop this from happening?

Try turning off background saves

If that does not work try resetting your prefs.
