Hey you lovely lot. So, I need a slap on the wrist because I ran before I could walk with Illustrator and I come up with this mess you see before you. How can I get all the objects the "tided up" so that they are in perfect alignment, size etc? Still looking as it does now, just neater if you get what I'm trying to say. Apologies for the waffle.
Since it's just circles really, I would quickly remake it.
Draw a circle. Go to Effect > Distort & Transform > Transform. Add a horizontal value and 4 copies:
Apply another effect with the same, but vertical:
Go to Object > Expand Appearance.
Click 'K' to activate the live paint bucket. Fill in your colours:
Remove the strokes from the live paint group:
Expand the live paint group:

Two very important things...
1.
Thank you so bloody much.! I'm shocked at how much help someone was willing to give, so thank you again.
I've just had the worst year imaginable - I lost evertything and everyone. With the very last bits of money I've bought "Creative Clouds All Apps" so that the company that I'm setting up starts off in the best way. I'm designing the logo for it - so your help on this means so much.
2. Please tell me your middle name is Adams.
