How to join this gap using AG? Because gap joining tool is inactive in AG. File is uploaded

@MahaB82A did you try using Join, Command J (MAC) or Control J (PC)? That should work. 

If not, I would deselect it. and just select the anchor points with the 'direct selection tool' as shown in the green. Either 'Close Path (Smooth Curve) or Use the 'Join' keyboard shortcut
