How to link image in pdf illustrator file to facebook

Hello,
I design a pdf file in Illustrator and want to link an image to a Facebook page. Is it possible?
I know how to create a link but it does not work if the file is linked to Facebook. Makes sense?

Open the PDF in Acrobat Pro and add the links there.

Without knowing your actual URL and such nobody can tell you much. Could be anything from bad formatting to FB actually blocking your external link for users that aren't signed in or part of your group even.

Export your file as a PDF from Illustrator and proceed to open the exported PDF file with Adobe Acrobat.  Once you have opened your PDF file with Adobe Acrobat, select the image you'd like to add the link to -> right-click -> create link...
