How to setup mouse action in Illustrator?

On Illustrator CC for windows, shift+mouse scroll is accelerating mouse scroll. But on Illustrator CC for Mac, it's like cmd+scroll, which is scrolling horizontally. So I wanna change my setting of Mac just like window. To make shift+scroll as accelerating scrolling, what can I do??

You can Adjust your mouse or trackpad in mac fromSystem Performance:

and it will depend on the mouse device you have and from the table app if you have a graphic tablet.
