How to turn off blue overlay on text when manipulate lightning?

When I move dot on the sphere, on the object start showing up blue overlay.

This makes it impossible to adjust the shadows.

I see, it generally works with hovering over text with effects, but adjusting lighting seems to be the exception.

Adobe resolve this bug after 1 year.

Did you report that on Uservoice? That is where the developers look for reported problems.

Yes, this was reported.

This was also published on this forum and reported directly to Adobe support.

Than there is not much you can do except post the link to the Uservoice report here and hope more people vote for it.
