How to vectorized a image without cropping out details?

I was trying to create a vector layer out of image and I don't want to crop the minor details. I do not understand the purpose of rasterize the image

to clarify a bit the Ali's answer: the most detailed mode is "High Fidelity Photo". But the quality depends on the original image and your purpose. If possible, it would be very useful to show the image. Very likely that the manual tracing will be a slower but better solution.
