hi, i paid for AI two days ago but i really do not know how to use it , so i cancelled and received an email confirmed my cancellation, but i´would like to know if i have any refund?

It's a pity that you gave up after just 2 days. Usually people need at least 2 weeks to learn just some basic stuff when learning on their own. Let alone doing more complex things.
I have alerted staff to take a look, because in the forums we don't have access to any customer data.
