I get an error when using the 3D function

1. 3D -> Revolve after pressing

2. The operation could not be completed because an unknown error occurred. [CANT]

3. Even if the axis is rotated, the circle is not transformed into 3D and only the same error is generated.

Try using an open path made by Direct Selecting one of the side anchors of your circle and deleting it.

Currently using the latest version of Illustrator! (recently updated)

Looking at the system requirements site you shared, I can't see the GTX1060 on the GPU. So, should I keep it as a version that supports GTX1060?
(Currently using graphics card NVIDIA Geforce 1060)
