P.S When I place a photo inside a star there is very big photo, can I fit size a photo to star? (keyboard shortcut or only by hand?)

Don't eport as a PNG for InDesign.
Just save as AI with PDF compatibility and then place the AI in InDesign.
You will need to show us how exactly you built your star. Probably there is a white object that you need to delete, but probably you will need to set the fill of an object to "None".
Please read about the layers panel in the documentation. How to use layers in Illustrator
Please read about how to assign fills and strokes. How to paint with fills and strokes in Illustrator

you need to save the white inside the star and Not to save the white in the background ?! but Illustrator didn't save any whites ?
if so it is so easy!
duplicate your star making one in white color and the other one above with your floral pattern and export it as PNG.
