ICC Profile Error in Illustrator

Hi,

I keep getting this error from Illustrator - 
The following issues were encountered when saving the document:

Version 4 ICC Profiles were converted to version 2 ICC Profiles. 

This Just started this morning. Adobe did update ofer the weekend while I was gone. I need to make sure it's not messing up my print files as I do work in a print shop and we have specific color profiles for some of the printers & cutters.

Any help appreciated.

I saw that post, but this is happening in Illustrator, not InDesign.

I have learned that becasue it's the same error, doesn't mean it has the same affects across different software...
