Illustrator 無法使用拖曳複製

使用illustrator 近20年，從來沒有碰過這樣的問題

Illustrator 無法使用拖曳複製 (物件+Alt) 有顯示+號，但沒有複製成功

偏好設定也還原出廠設定，也懷疑過是電腦/鍵盤/問題，但是在Photoshop / indesign 都沒有這樣的問題....

Thanks for reaching out. Could you confirm which version of Illustrator and Windows OS you’re using? Also, does this happen with all files or just a specific one? Try creating a new file and see if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, test Illustrator in Safe Mode to rule out any system conflicts: Start Windows in Safe Mode.

Hi Abhishek,

Bad news, in safe mode the problem still cannot be fixed, for both new and old files.
The problem only exists in illustrator, but I found that when dragging an object + alt > a double arrow appears > click the mouse = copy successfully

Thanks for getting back! Since the issue persists even in Safe Mode but works when the double arrow appears before clicking, could you share a short screen recording demonstrating the problem? That would help me understand the behavior better and check for any possible solutions. Looking forward to your update!

Hi Abhishek,
I have solved the problem.
The problem comes from the keyboard settings in WINDOWS.
