Illustrator 2023 crash at start

We are sorry for the crash. I hope the issue is resolved with the suggestion shared by Manan & Kglad. If not, would you mind turning off the internet and running Illustrator as administrator? If it works, let me know so we can further investigate the issue.

If it doesn't help, please confirm the exact version of OS (build no.) & AI  and share your system specs like CPU, RAM, GPU, etc.
