Illustrator 29.7.1 hang on Mac OS 26 beta

I understand Mac OS 26 is beta, but curious if anyone has Illustrator 29.7.1 or the latest illustrator beta working?

On MacBook Pro, M1 Max, 32GB RAM, 1.2GB available disc space.

I've tried uninstall and reinstall, consistently hangs with either a blank window or on the File Open window.

1.2GB of available disc space? Are you sure? If that's right, it's likely a problem. Maybe you have 1.2TB? 
Having a system disk with only 1.2GB available seems very risky to me.

The problem looks to be a issue with the Wacom tablet driver. I disabled that and Illustrator is working as expected.
