I've done all the 'fixes' on this forum, the dimensions are exaclty 55 by 58 mm and the artboards are located precise x and y values but for some reason my artboards get exported with an extra 0,1mm. Anyone tips on how to fix this?

This has been known to happen when the DPI don't match and there also appear to be a few issues with this when hardware accelerated previews are used. anything more specific would require info about your actual DPI settings, PDF Preset used and so on.

When exporting, check the values in pixels: 55 x 58 mm = 155,9055 x 164,4094 px

These are not round values and will cause additional pixels.

What are you producing?

You're talking 0.0039 of an inch, no cutter is going to be that precise, no human eye will see that...

Yeah it's not me who makes a fuss out of this but this website I'm using instantly cancels my print order because 'the sizing is not correct'

Are you sure the SIZE is the reason? SiziING could mean pixel depth, dpi/ppi (it's just weird [to me] that they are asking for 55x58mm if it's a website)...

Can you tell us more about the kind of export, your export settings and what the website requires?

How do you tell that the artboards got bigger?
