Illustrator CC 2019 23.1.1 - Performance issue - on Mojave

Hi after moving to the High Sierra or Mojave Illustrator CC 2019 23.1.1. have issue with performance. Is much more sluggish, laggy and delay with some task like: typing, selecting or moving object take a 0,5 sec to select or move it, moving by hand tool a whole canvas is with a delay (feeling kind of high ping) or is really laggy. Everything was great on Sierra. I can't move it back to Sierra because I've changed disk to NVME M.2 which Sierra doeasn't support. Performance is even worst on Mojave. Yesterday I was taling with your support on chat. I gave acces to remote control on my computer and everything is still the same. High Sierra is a clean install and we even make a new user account and is still the same. We restored settings for illustrator the same. We changed acces to the fodler which Adobe uses like "cache" and other and still the same.

Hi Thomas,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing with Illustrator performance that's definitely not what should be happening. 

I would request if you can try the following steps and share your observation:  

1. Reset Preferences by manually renaming the folder: -

• Close all Adobe applications. 
• Go to locations 
• ~/Library/Caches 
• ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe 
• ~/Library/Preferences 
• Rename  Adobe Illustrator, com.adobe.illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 23 Settings folders to   Adobe Illustrator.old, com.adobe.illustrator.old and Adobe Illustrator 23 Settings.old 
• Launch Illustrator from the Creative Cloud. 

Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. This way all your old settings will be saved in .old folders and Illustrator will recreate new folders with default settings.  

2. If that doesn't help, try booting the system into Safe Mode (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/global/start-safe-boot-mode-mac.html) and check how it works there. It starts your system so that it performs certain checks and prevents third party software/ services from automatically loading or opening. If it works fine in Safe mode, then there is some third party service or application like antivirus, plugins or web extensions which is conflicting with the Illustrator.

Thank you for quick respond. Option 1st Was made by connecting with Adobe Help Center and someone from you helped me by Remonte control and nothing changed with performance.

Iwas tersting Illustrator on clean install High Sierra and Mojave, with nothing else installed only Creative Cloud App of course. Mojave was really lack of perfoirmance so I choose High Sierra but still is not smooth like Was on Sierra with a lot of installed applications, extension and other.

Ok, I've try booting Mac in Safe mode and its even worse to work on illustrator... everything is much more laggy about 20x times...

It was turned off by default in Mac OS.
