Ok so it originally worked around a year and a half ago, I stopped using it for a while until a few months ago when I couldn't fix it (till this day).

As for the questions, it is a fresh install of Illustrator so no plugins, all my fonts are not corrupted (I only have a couple imported ones), I do not use a font manager, I am logged in as administrator and this version and a few before have not worked for me (I originally used a 2016 version).

I have no existing Illustrator files.

It is a standard installation straight through the Adobe Creative Cloud application with no special configurations. I have not touched the installation location nor have I edited/touched them.

I'm at a loss here. Someone will need to log into your system and check this out. We can't do that on the forums.

I don't have any printers connected either.

Please connect a printer, set it up as the default printer and turn it on.

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately it still crashes even after restoring to default.
