Using a pc running Windows 11 Pro, I am suddenly unable to launch Illustrator or Creative Cloud. They basically just do nothing when I click on them. I've tried restarting my computer a few times, but to no avail. I've tried ending all the processes in Task Manager. I'm hoping to avoid having to uninstall and reinstall Illustrator, as it always seems to be more of a hassle then I think it's going to be. But I will if I have to. I'd like to try to just uninstall and reinstall CC, but I don't think I can do it easily without uninstalling Illustrator too. Maybe there are other solutions I'm not considering? Thank you for any help.

Does the computer have any other apps running in the background that could possibly interfere with Creative Cloud, such as a VPN? It might be worth checking to see if the Win 11 OS has any updates to apply.
If you decide to reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app and Illustrator it might be best to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to fully remove the installations so they can be installed fresh.

Hi avid_realist5D09,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble. As our expert rightly said, please use this link to perform a fresh installation of the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
Let us know if that helps.
Thanks,
Harshika
