Hello everybody, i'm running illustrator cs6 (downloaded in the package Design and web premiere from the adobe site and activated it with the license) on a computer with Windows 10 Pro. Each time i try to save a file that contain an image the program freeze and then crash. This happen both if i open a new image in the illustrator sheet,or if i open illustrator file that i want to modify and save again. Whereas if i open a new sheet, write something inside and save, it work.
I checked in the community but i didn't find anything...is there someone that had the same problem and managed to solve it ?
Any help would be greatly appreciate, thanks in advance !

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)

I tried to do as you said but sadly there are no improvements. Still crashing each time i try to save something...in the meanwhile i also made another test and try to do the same thing with photoshop and in this case everything worked. I don't really understand why only illustrator is having trouble..

Even though they are from the same company, that is no guarantee that two different CS6 programs are written exactly the same way, by the same programming team
I use Premiere Pro and Encore CS6 and they both work with Win10... but that does not mean that every CS6 program will work with Win10
Have you tried a reinstall?

Ah ok, i understand...Yes, i tried several time to uninstall everything and reinstall again but the problem remain. I'm afraid there is a kind of interaction problem between windows and illustrator (maybe folders in wrong position? or without permission?) but i don't know where to look and in case which should be the right settings...
