Illustrator doesnt use gpu when rendering

When I want to render my 3D text in illustrator with raytracing my programm is crashing because it is using just the cpu to render it... And my CPU is 100% used then.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor

GPU: RTX 2070 SUPER
