Illustrator intel ARC A750 card bug

Hello 

I just built a new computer. Using the program for the first time, the device freezes. After using it for 20 times, it freezes 20 times. But when turning off the gpu preview, it can continue to use. But the machine is much slower. I'm not sure how I should fix it. Because it can't work at all.

We understand how challenging it can be to encounter freezing issues while working in Illustrator. Would you mind trying to perform a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html) and checking if it helps?

 

Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows) and sharing your observations.
