Illustrator Keyboard Issue

New Here ,
Mar 19, 2019 Mar 19, 2019

Just recently I've noticed that I cannot use my arrow keys in illustrator. Not sure what I clicked or how to get them back, but does anyone know how to get my arrow keys to work again? I am having to click and move my items vs being able to shimmy them slightly with the arrows. This works in all other programs ( photoshop, indesign, etc) but not here.

HELP??

Do your arrow keys work in other apps? If not, then it may be the keyboard is the problem.

I also found this from another forum:

Make sure under Preferences: General that your KEYBOARD INCREMENT is greater than 0, for example, set it to 0.0139 in.

Do you have tried to restart Illustrator and/or the whole computer?
