Illustrator not responding after updating to macOS Monterey 12.3.1

Adobe illustrator is not responding after updating to macOS Monterey 12.3.1. I tried uninstalling and installing illustrator but still didn't work. I also tried to use older version but same issue. Illustrator is not responding at all. I cannot open a file and even create a new file.

    Thank you for your support. I tried to reboot my system in safemode, open Illustrator and it surprisingly works. Then, restart the system in normal mode and now works.
