Illustrator showing white window after launch.

•  I only can see this white window, no buttons, anything. If I close this window the application also closed.

Hi there,

So sorry to hear about this trouble. This looks like sign in window. Could you please confirm if the same thing is happening on other Adobe applications or its just Illustrator? 

Also, please try following the steps shared here (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/cc-sign-in-prompt.html) and let us know how it goes.

Yes, maybe is a sing in window but I leave it 1 hour and this circle never disappears. I have this problem with Illustrator, my other programs are OK. I opened the windows of your link and the files are whitelisted 😞
